CONDITIONS
1. You must have given a signed Exclusive Agency Agreement to a representative of Shipway Realty for the owner of the property to qualify. The competition is open to all property owners in Sydney.
2. A Shipway Realty representative must have received the signed Exclusive Agency Agreement on or before 31 August 2008. The owner must not have exercised their rights under the cooling off provisions available for an Exclusive Agency Agreement.
3. You will receive an entry ticket upon receipt of the signed Exclusive Agency Agreement.
4. The prize is $1000 worth of free fuel in the form of fuel card or cash that the winner is able to use at their discretion.
5. The draw will take place at the Shipway Realty Carlingford office, 833 Pennant Hills Rd, Carlingford, NSW, 2118 at 1pm on the 15 September 2008.
6. All entrants names will be placed into a hat and the winner’s name will be the first drawn out.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone immediately after the draw and handed their winnings at their earliest convenience.
8. The results will be displayed on our website, www.shipway.com.au.
